This charger charged just fine. We tried to jump a car and it would not work. We charged again and indicator lights indicated that it was fully charged. Tried again to jump a neighbor’s car. Nothing! What a disappointment! This is junk! Stanley shame on you for selling this junk, then refusing to take it back.Folks, save your money and do not buy this charger!

This never took a charge so it is of course worthless. Service calls were poor and they require me to pay shipping. Stanley has apparently contracted warranty claims to a third party and they don't care! Their reputation is gonna be shot. I am staying clear of Stanley in the future.

I purchased the item, charged it and the flashlight would stay on all the time, and of course the battery would run out in minutes because of this issue. I contacted the seller for a return and they asked me to ship it to Florida under the warranty return/replace terms. The shipment was more expensive than to buy a new one. Therefore, I kept it...Eventually, one day the flashlight went off, so I charged it in full and kept it in my car for any emergency. One day my car run out of battery and even though the charge was full it never worked for its main purpose. Triple AAA came to my rescue. I thought that maybe the battery was too old but the driver of AAA told me it was fine. Time went by, I gave it to a friend her battery run out and, hers was less than a year old, the charger (jumper) didn't work. She was going to bring it back to me I basically told her to don't even bother on doing so and to trash it instead. I bought the wires for emergency jumper. You should do the same..$7 dollars and problem solver. Don't spend your money on this.

I didn’t care that it was little bulky,It would not work.A borrowed one (less powerful) would partially work by flashing the lights etc.,So I was sure this one would start my carBUT IT DIDNT!I like the USB ports would have come handyIn power outages,, but if it cannot start my car, I am not keeping.(Btw: my car battery is only a few years old, not dead, just been sitting in driveway too long due to COVID)

Didn’t work for me. Seems well built, flash light was a great idea, to see in the dark. I got it 2 days ago, charged it first thing for 24hrs, light indicator showed the jump box was fully charged. When to jump my car, been sitting for 3 weeks. Connected the terminals, turned the switch to on, light showing its full....cranked, nothing. It did turn the lights on in my car. Let it sit for a few minutes, 6-8 mins went by, cranked it again, nothing... after the third crank, the led indicator went to the middle level, showing I used up half the battery. Still no start... best thing, Amazon issued me a refund. Now I have a very heavy flashlight.

Just to be upfront, this product has never successfully started anything I own, including cars and lawn mowers. It self discharges quickly after charging, so that when you need it a few days later, it is discharged. This week I needed it to jump a riding lawnmower's battery. Charged it up the night before and kept the power on it until I hooked it up to my mower. Tried to start it and it would barely turn over. This is an absolute piece of garbage. You have been warned, do buy it no matter what discount they are giving.
