Very adjustable, so common sense the size and you'll be nice. The Velcro is strong and won't slip. The company seems like they care about the hardworking man as well.

nice product but sizing is NOT accurate. I am a female and ordered a medium, too small so ordered a large, also too small and ended up getting an extra large. This would not fit a man

I have suffered from lower back issues for years. Have been subject to pain management and injections. This brace is a nice supplement, comfortable enough to wear in most situations and provides relief from back pain discomfort

Tried the other day and it fit perfect. for the price is cheap, for the quality looks very sturdy. don't really need the removeable shoulder straps, but might be useful for other thing.

Product is overall nice. Very comfortable to wear. Supports well. Fits nice like it should. My husband really likes this product and he especially loves that it has over the shoulder straps designed in this way, which is more comfortable than others he has used over the years.

The first one I bought I had to return it, I ordered a 2XX but it fit like L so I end up getting the 4XX. Its cheap and not sure how long it will last but for $20+ I can live with it. Once you get the right size its very comfortable to wear, when it wears out you bet I will order another one.

My old belt started to open unexpectedly because the Velcro wore out. This one seems fine. My PT specialist isn't very big on braces but days that at least they remind you to move the correct way. The straps allow you to ease the tension a little or open it but still have it on to tighten it again as needed. It seems to be very nice quality. I recommend it.

I've tried quite a few of these from different brands, and all of them have serious flaws.Is it really too much to ask for suspender clips to be fastened at the bottom of the waistband? Could be my build (6'3", 185lbs), but these things ride up constantly, no matter how tightly I secure them.These specifically were probably the worst of the bunch. The Velcro section was far too short.

This product really helped on the tail end of my recover from a small back injury. It’s comfortable and actually contrary to other reviews I don’t believe you should get one size larger. I did that and with max stretch it provides just the right about of support. I should have went with what I thought I actually needed instead of one size larger.

It’s a decent product. Definitely takes the load of some of the heavy stuff I’ve been carrying. Only problem is that it rides up a little bit if it’s on top of a shirt, but there’s not much you can do about that depending on the type of shirt
